All qualifications must be met by the closing date of this announcement-03/30/2020-unless otherwise stated in this vacancy announcement. Experience for GS-05:
A. One year of specialized experience comparable to the GS-04 level in the Federal service. This experience would be clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform the duties of the position such as Park Ranger, tour guide, teacher or teacher's aide or recreation assistant. Or B. Four years of successfully completed education above the high school level in any field for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite. IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:

You must submit a copy of your transcripts or a complete list of college courses taken that identifies for each course the college or university, semester or quarter hours earned, grade received, and date completed. If you are qualifying based on education and you do not submit specific course work information as described previously, your application will be rated not qualified for consideration. (A copy of your official transcripts will be required before entrance on duty, if selected) or C. A combination of experience and education described in A and B above. Credit will be given for all appropriate qualifying experience. To receive credit for experience, your resume MUST clearly indicate the nature of the duties and responsibilities for each position, starting and ending dates of employment (month/year), and the resume must reflect either full-time or 40 hours per week. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
