Summary:
Park and retrieve player vehicles safely and courteously ensuring that the highest level of customer service is achieved and maintained.
JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Receive vehicles from players and issue parking ticket
Open all vehicle doors and welcome players to the property
Assist arriving/departing guests with luggage
Handle player vehicles safely and cautiously at all times
Accurately complete parking ticket with emphasis on the vehicle damage survey
Park and fully secure vehicle in approved lots or spaces
Handle key packs responsibly and return complete keypack to the Valet key station
Be aware of retrieval indication system and deliver vehicles quickly and safely
Hustle at all times when in and around the main entrance to the casino
Assist handicapped players with entry and exit to the casino and their vehicles
Ensure that player problems are handled in an effective and courteous manner
Demonstrate high levels of Spotlight on Service skills on a consistent basis
Delight our guests with outstanding service
Ensure that appropriate service recovery measures are followed through to ensure player satisfaction with our services and employees
Flexible and receptive to change in work environment and procedure
Assist with on and off-property transportation needs
Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
High School or GED required
Valid N.C driver's license required, CDL preferred
Six months previous Valet or transportation experience preferred
Ability to drive and operate all types of passenger vehicles and light trucks required
Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmissions required
Must demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills:

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate vehicles in a variety of extreme traffic and weather situations
Ability to distinguish vehicles according to make, model and color

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items
Must be able to move with a sense of urgency, jog, or run
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of casino and surrounding property
Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
Must be able to lift up to and carry 50 pounds
Must be able to have exposure to outdoor weather situations
Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
