Job Summary
Provide comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment services for patients with mental health and substance abuse disorders who are EBCI and IHS eligible. This position will primarily serve adults on the Inpatient behavioral health unit. Services include comprehensive clinical assessment of client and family needs, treatment plan development, and utilization of evidenced based treatments for psychiatric and substance use orders. Employee is expected to provide individual, family, and group therapy using brief focused therapy methods as well as more traditional methods of treatment. Employees will provide referrals for follow up care and collaborate with community partners to ensure safe discharge planning. Employee will also provide emergency, crisis intervention, consultation and education services as needed.
Education/Experience/Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in behavioral health field such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Counseling required. Degree must be obtained from an accredited university that is accepted by appropriate licensing agencies in NC.
  • NC license LCSW, LPP, LCMHC or LMFT. A provisional or associate license may be accepted.
  • Must be approved for and maintain medical credentialing, upon hire
  • Must possess valid drivers' license.
  • Must have professional experience working with individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Must have experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
